Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and that your request is within 30 days of the delivery date.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include your RMA details before shipping them back to our Brisbane warehouse using a tracked service.
- 4.Process and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
